Product Exchange
Products may be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they have not been used and are returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying tags.

The product must be:

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the transaction, in accordance with the law.
In the event of a cancellation of a transaction not due to a product defect, VELOR may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS – whichever is lower, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Defective or Wrong Product
If a defective product or a product different from the one ordered is received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
In such cases, VELOR will bear the costs of exchange or return.
